Unfortunately there is no worldwide standard for shoe sizes, which means you may require different sizes from different manufacturers.  The following chart shows approximate size conversions between Italian and American children's shoes size, however, we cannot guarantee that the Italian sizes will exactly correspond to an American size equivalents.
